Healthy meals and snacks
Eating is an important part of our day. Our meals are served every two hours, and we try to balance a healthy menu. At Sole's Preschool, we offer both vegetarian and vegan options.
Teaching philosophy
We design learning activities and projects to develop our math, language, and science curriculum, using the STEAM model and Montessori materials and techniques.
